South East Technological University (SETU) is seeking applications from high-achieving, dynamic candidates to join a busy and evolving Human Resources Department. As part of our growing and ambitious community, the HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the university's mission by delivering expert HR guidance, enabling high performance, and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with managers and leadership teams across academic, research and professional service units, providing coaching, support and strategic input on all aspects of people management. This role acts as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through organistional challenges and ensuring HR solutions are aligned with SETU's values, objectives, and the specific needs of the Faculties and Professional Management Services and Support (PMSS) departments.
We are looking for proactive, motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. As part of the wider HR team, the HR Business Partner will work in close partnership with colleagues across specialist areas to deliver responsive and high-impact HR services.
