This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects and an excellent reputation for quality delivery.Our client delivers premium residential schemes and is seeking a driven, detail-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of this flagship development from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of the residential project from pre-construction through to final handoverOversee all contractual aspects, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationLead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standardsMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesManage site resources including labour, materials, and plant efficientlyEnsure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulationsPrepare and submit regular progress reports to senior managementDrive best practice across the site, ensuring continuous improvement in deliveryKey RequirementsMinimum 7 years' experience in construction, with strong residential project experienceProven background in contract and site managementExcellent leadership and people management skillsStrong commercial and cost control awarenessConfident communicator with strong client-facing skillsProactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilityIn-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standardsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)What's On OfferThis role offers the opportunity to work on ahigh-profile residential development in Galway, with strong long-term prospects and career progression within a growing contractor.
