The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a main contractor to head up a large steel frame industrial project in mid-ulster valued at £*****m.
The project is due to commence in the new year and will run for approx.
24 months This is a full time permanent position with projects in the pipeline until the end of ****.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager duties will include: Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints Day to day running of Site Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines Delegating supervision tasks to Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships Providing specialist technical leadership Qualifications/Skills Required: Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Industrial Projects valued £20M+ Ideally a strong Site Engineering background Excellent organisational and coordination skills Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints 3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.
IT and standard industry software skills Full driving licence Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site INDNI Skills: Project Management Construction Steel Frame
