Customer Insight Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Customer Insight Specialist to join our Analytic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and customer insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in CRM analytics or a similar data analyst role.
* Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems.
* Experience in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign tracking.
* Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Python or R would be a plus.
