Agile and adaptable, the team is always ready to tackle new challenges, creating exceptional experiences that resonate with audiences.We're looking for a Digital Art Director who can concept and craft visually exceptional social-first campaigns for nationally and internationally known clients - with a focus on short-form video.You will:· Lead art direction for social & digital campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YT, etc.· Collaborate with creative & strategy teams to develop brand relevant ideas.· Pitch campaign concepts with strong deck/storytelling skills.· Concept and produce short-form formats in-house as well as collaborating with and briefing external suppliers/producers/photographers etc.· Stay on top of visual trends, emerging platform behaviours, and creator cultures.· Actively engage with AI image/video tools as part of creative exploration with a view towards the future.Experience:3+ years digital/social creative experience and strong portfolio across social and video content.Qualifications:Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics with a focus on visual storytelling and creative problem-solvingProficiency in Motion Graphics and advanced software tools to produce high-quality animations and dynamic video contentExperience leading creative projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departmentsUnderstanding of social media platforms and trends, and ability to tailor content for various digital channelsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
