The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing technical assistance to the production and maintenance departments, focusing on process performance improvement and kiln optimization.
* Crushing and grinding (comminution) equipment management
* Process design, implementation, and monitoring
* Kiln performance evaluation and quality control enhancement
* Maintenance of documented processes and procedures
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in chemical engineering with at least 3-4 years' experience in industry. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with various departments.
