Permanent/full time ResponsibilitiesEncourage the best possible care and service while making sure that quality standards are upheld across the board and in compliance with HIQA, HSE, and company regulations.
Build and maintain connections with the home support office, HSE/PHN/OT, and clients.
Offer guidance and support to our healthcare professionals.
Make certain that every home care package is finished consistently and on schedule.
Make certain that every staff is trained.
In charge of scheduling, rostering, and on-call coverage.
Assist HR in managing the hiring procedure.
Participate in the company's growth and promotion.
Oversee the care and administrative personnel who deliver in-home care services.RequirementsBusiness, healthcare management, or a similar discipline at the bachelor's degree level.
Five years or more in a management position, ideally in the social care, homecare/nursing home, or hospital industries.
Excellent team management and leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and motivating employees.
