Job Overview
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving the delivery and implementation of the segment's people strategy, supporting both divisional and segment objectives.
* Making Possible Lead and advise on all Human Resources matters including performance management, complex employee relations, absence management, and organisation design.
* Act as strategic partner to the business unit operational teams, working collaboratively with managers to deliver HR initiatives within their business area to deliver the segment and business unit strategy, plans, and objectives.
* Drive succession planning initiatives for critical roles across Ireland operations, identifying and developing internal talent pipelines to support business continuity and growth.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least 5-7 years progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a strategic business partner role. You should have a Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, and be CIPD qualified at Chartered level or working towards this level.
