Job Opportunity

The Building Services Engineer/Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management of mechanical and electrical services design and installation on high-density residential/apartment projects.

* Manage and monitor installation quality for M&E systems on residential projects, ensuring they meet set standards.
* Support site construction management teams with on-site M&E installations and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
* Coordinate with project design teams for M&E system interfaces, guaranteeing seamless integration.
* Oversight of M&E sub-contractors onsite to achieve programme and quality expectations, fostering a collaborative environment.
* A minimum of third-level education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services is required.
* At least 3+ years post-qualification experience in a similar management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong interest in energy management and emerging trends in residential building services design and construction is essential.
* A trade background is an advantage but not mandatory.
