Administrative Assistant – Client Service Support - Experience in a legal firm.
Location: Dublin 8 (near Four Courts)
Type: Full-time, Permanent | Onsite role
Competitive salary (€40,000 - €50,000 based on experience).
What You’ll Do
* Review, categorise, prioritise and distribute incoming client correspondence. Assist clients where possible, so that the query is dealt with at point of initial contact.
* Ensure client files are progressing appropriately by liaising with the relevant individuals within the firm, with a focus on client service.
* Answer the phone, direct queries to the relevant person, and take messages.
* Diary management.
* Assisting other staff.
* Manage incoming client correspondence and calls, assisting where possible.
* Support two professionals with diary, inbox, and file management.
* Schedule meetings (onsite and via Zoom) and greet clients.
* Maintain case management records and ensure AML compliance.
* Provide day-to-day office support including document preparation, scanning, and filing.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ admin experience in a professional office (legal, tax, or accountancy an advantage).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented.
