Business Manager – NARS – Brown Thomas Dundrum
Sophisticated, witty and effortlessly chic, NARS embraces individuality, providing the vivid colour and luxurious texture needed to express personal visions of beauty. As a Business Manager you will bring this vision to customers on the counter, honing customer engagement, driving sales and developing a passionate team.
Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and build strong client connections.
Educate and develop team members to showcase NARS brand history and high‑performance formulas.
Take accountability for business performance, setting and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Utilise networking and creative thinking to recruit new customers, secure brand loyalty, and expand sales opportunities.
Partner closely with the Area Manager, Education and HR teams to build a business plan and drive results.

Qualifications & Background

Retail management experience.
Strong background in artistry, ideally with a formal qualification.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with Area Sales & Education managers.
Track record of driving KPIs and meeting sales targets.
Experience coaching and developing others.
Excellent communicator.
