Our client, a leading financial services firm, specializing in investment banking, asset management, and wealth management, is hiring for an Investment Analyst to join their expanding team in Dublin.
The role:
* Review and screening of investment opportunities through financial analysis and modelling.
* Preparation of presentations regarding potential investment opportunities.
* Assist in the preparation and negotiation of investments.
* Help develop positive relations with third-party funds and investors
* Help to record and report investments
Required:
* Degree in finance, accounting, or similar (numerical preferred)
* CFA/ ACA/ACCA qualification preferred.
* Profound understanding of investment principles, accounting, and tax.
* At least 2 years of transaction experience in an investment, corporate development, or corporate finance environment
* Superb numerical and financial skills and a strong understanding of financial statements
* Excellent commercial awareness and project management skills
