Commissioning Engineer Role
This is a challenging position in the pharmaceutical industry, requiring expertise in Commissioning, Qualification and Validation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring that systems and equipment are properly installed on site, meet design specifications, and are capable of producing high-quality product.
* Draft, review, and approve documentation related to system qualification (protocols, reports, change controls, deviations)
* Support re-qualification activities as required
* Ensure installation and startup of equipment and systems are conducted in a safe and compliant manner
About this role
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer with a strong understanding of project management processes, risk management processes, pharmaceutical quality management systems, and pharmaceutical regulations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing effective commissioning plans and schedules
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
3. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with system installation and startup
Key skills and qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, verbal, communication, presentation, and data analysis skills. Experience with process validation, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements is essential.
