What You’ll Be Doing
*
Support patients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding
*
Assist with mobility, transfers, and basic exercises
*
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to the medical team
*
Provide companionship and emotional support
*
Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with infection control guidelines
*
Help with daily living activities and follow care plans
*
Communicate clearly with healthcare teams and report patient updates accurately
What You’ll Need
*
At least 6 months’ experience in a Healthcare Assistant role (preferred)
*
Relevant qualification (e.g., Fetac Level 5 / QQI Healthcare Support or equivalent)
*
Manual Handling & Infection Control training (we can assist if needed)
*
Willingness to work flexible shifts — days, evenings, weekends, holidays
*
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
