About Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician with a strong background in industry to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in industry rather than accounting practice.
Main Responsibilities:
* Invoice Management: Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices from our Business Partners.
* Business Partner Setup: Setting up new Business Partner accounts on the ERP and verifying bank details.
* Reconciliation: Performing Business Partner account reconciliations and dealing with Business Partner queries.
* Payment Processing: Recording and allocating incoming and outgoing payments.
* Bank Reconciliations: Preparing multi-currency bank reconciliations.
* Master Data Maintenance: Assistance with master data maintenance.
* GL Accounting: Preparing and processing of weekly/monthly Payroll GL accounting duties as required.
* Ad-Hoc Duties: Ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Industry Background: Accounts Technician with a strong industry background (not considering candidates coming directly from accounting practice).
* Accounting Experience: Exposure to preparing month-end and reporting.
