Job Purpose
We are looking for an Activities Co‑Ordinator to join us. The Activities Coordinator will play a vital role in our residents’ lives. We require a dynamic person who has the ability to develop and organise a range of events and activities for our residents.
About The Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead engaging activities designed to maintain and improve residents\' physical and mental health, including mobility, strength, mental acuity, and social skills.
* Manage a diverse program of activities, fostering social interaction, creative expression, and continuous learning.
* Focus on enhancing resident autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem through structured choice and skill recognition.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and report on resident engagement and progress. Manage photographic documentation and consent forms for activities.
* Provide essential support to reduce stress and boredom, creating a tranquil and stimulating environment.

Required Criteria
* 1+ years experience in a similar role (or working as a Healthcare Assistant)
