Tax Leadership Role
Our organization seeks a seasoned Tax Manager to oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with VAT, payroll-related taxes, and other relevant tax regimes.
Governance & Compliance
* Develop and maintain tax policies, formal documentation, and internal frameworks across the organization.
* Conduct regular reviews of tax processes and adherence to policy, identifying areas for improvement.
* Present tax risk updates to senior committees and stakeholders.
This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance across business units.
* Lead tax reporting for statutory accounts, including current and deferred tax computations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tax management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
