We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Galway. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
* Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and inform smart decisions.
* Solve problems and get to the root cause of issues.
* Design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with extensive experience in handling employee relations issues across the EMEA region. You should have experience in owning, driving, and executing HR projects and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you should be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
