The Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's is excited to recruit a full-time, permanent Leisure Club Manager for the newly refurbished Leisure Centre at the Nuremore Estate in Carrickmacross.Previous experience is required in a management/fitness role.Duties:To ensure at all times a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and Safety in the Leisure Club areaTo encourage a friendly, yet professional atmosphere and ensure that all members and guests of the Leisure Club are properly guided and supervised at all timesTo control payroll costs for the department by allocating labour resources in line with forecasted customer levelsTo manage and control all departmental operating costs in line with forecasted business levelsTo comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, hygiene, licensing and employment law, and to ensure that all members of the team are fully trained accordingly in these areasTo co-ordinate the recruitment of suitable Leisure Club personnel and advise senior management of any staffing problems/shortagesTo ensure all accountabilities in the Fitness Instructor / Club Attendants Job descriptions are achieved to the Hotel and company standardsTo positively approach sales opportunities in order to maximise sales revenue to meet and exceed budgeted sales targets for the Leisure ClubTo ensure all Leisure Club staff are sales and customer focusedThis list is not exhaustive and other duties may be added.If you are interested in joining the newly recruited team at the Nuremore Estate please get in touch.Only those with the required experience will be contacted for interview.
