About Your New Job As the Financial Accountant, you will assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business planning. You will design and deliver Key Performance Indicators, providing insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence. Serve as a business partner to senior management and board members, leading financial aspects of Audit management. You will ensure compliance by monitoring and applying relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and evaluating organisational structures and governance frameworks. Take ownership of cost-saving initiatives, participate in the annual external audit process, and prepare grant submissions (including Enterprise Ireland, European projects, R&D Tax Credit claims). Collaborate cross-functionally on ad hoc value-add projects to support business objectives. What You Need Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) 3+ years of post qualified experience. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or industrial type sectors would be an advantage`.
