* Remove leavers from the HR system promptly to prevent errors and maintain data integrity
* Manage holiday requests effectively to ensure business continuity
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data to support informed decision-making
* Perform general HR administration tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Administration or HR role is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
