Reservations Team Member
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responsible for managing guest room reservations to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for guests, expertly communicating available options and rates, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience. Additionally, the Reservations Team Member will convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining and updating our reservations system, manage and distribute rates effectively through our Channel Manager, and cultivate strong relationships with guests.
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
* Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential
* Familiarity with industry-standard technology is highly desirable
* Language Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
