Aftercare and Servicing Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating aftercare and servicing appointments with clients and engineers, as well as ensuring timely notifications of defects are addressed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from multiple trade disciplines are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for clients requiring information on aftercare and servicing
* Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the aftercare period
* Schedule and coordinate aftercare and servicing appointments with clients and engineers
* Evaluate and address notifications of defects within agreed timescales
This role requires a professional and organized individual who can maintain positive relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams to support aftercare operations. A strong understanding of construction environments and previous experience in client aftercare and service coordination are preferred.
