Job Overview
The Administration and IT Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering efficient administrative, communication, and office infrastructure support to the Congregational Leadership Team (CLT).
* Provide high-quality office assistance to the CLT Offices.
* Maintain and support computerized systems in collaboration with external IT providers.
* Create engaging digital media and graphics content for internal and external communication.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the PA/Office Manager to provide exceptional administrative office support to the CLT Offices.
2. Maintaining and updating computerized congregational files in collaboration with the Congregational Secretary.
3. Creating professional digital media and graphics content for internal and external communication.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A recognized qualification in Office Administration.
* An advanced level of MS Office 365 Applications.
* Certificate/Diploma/Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint).
* Certificate/Diploma/Proficiency in creating Digital media content and using relevant applications.
Desirable qualities include experience in not-for-profit, charity, or community organizations and minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
This is a permanent full-time position requiring flexibility and initiative. The post holder is expected to work proactively, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and self-motivation in all aspects of the role.
