We are seeking a capable and self motivated candidate to assist with your dress rental platform. Happy Days is Ireland's favourite fashion rental business, it launched in 2021 and has over 10,500 orders to date, with over 56k followers on instagram. It runs an online fashion rental marketplace as well as a 'bricks and mortar' space in Leopardstown, Co Dublin.
The position available is Customer Service Assistant and will assist the owner in the daily management of the business.
You will guide customers through the rental process from selecting the perfect outfit to explaining fit, rental periods while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
The ideal candidate will;
● Have an interest in the fashion industry
● Have experience in fashion, retail, sales, marketing or financial industries
● Have excellent common sense
● Be a reasonably nice person, capable and willing to greet customers with a smile
● Hardworking and flexible, willing to undertake any tasks (large and small)
● Have at least one very strong professional reference
● Familiar with online fashion retail with an understanding of the second hand purchasing platforms
● Be a forward thinking individual who isn't afraid to share their ideas and challenge the way we are doing things
● Have a full clean driving licence
● Must have mid-week availability (Monday–Friday)
The day to day job scope will be varied but will include, and not be limited to the following;
● Opening and closing duties
● Greeting and dealing with customers
● Stock control
● General upkeep and presentation of the shop
● Processing online sales orders and returns
● Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat rentals
● Offer customers relevant advice regarding current collections, garment care etc., as well as guiding and assisting the customer in rental decisions

Working hours during normal business operations are flexible. We open 11-7 Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and 12-6 Sunday and Saturday. This role would cover Mon, Wed, Thur starting at 11am, end time is flexible.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
