You'll lead a talented team across sales, design, and operations, driving performance, unlocking new opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.What You'll OwnGrowth Leadership : Define and execute a bold strategy to expand our footprint in Ireland, with a laser focus on customer experience and commercial success.Sales & Margin Mastery : Forecast, deliver, and exceed revenue and margin targets. You'll be accountable for the site's profitability and performance related to global accounts and local field sales.New Business Development : Identify, pitch, and win new accounts—especially with blue-chip clients. You'll be the face of Brand Addition in Ireland.Team Empowerment : Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. You'll lead with empathy, clarity, and ambition.Client Excellence : Own the portfolio of Irish accounts, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and growth.Operational Oversight : Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.Strategic Reporting : Keep leadership informed with insights, updates, and bold ideas.
