As a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving the property's revenue strategy.


Sales and Marketing Strategy

You will lead the sales and marketing efforts, developing business plans and budgets to drive growth and profitability. This role requires collaboration with senior management to ensure alignment and success.

* Represent the hotel at local, national, and international events to build relationships and generate new leads.
* Analyse sales and marketing activities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve targets.


Requirements:

* 4-5 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing is required.
* A strong understanding of luxury sales practices, revenue management, and market trends is essential.
* The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales and marketing team is critical.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative skills are necessary.
* Flexibility and a willingness to travel for client meetings or FAM trips are required.
* Strong organisational and project management skills are essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across teams.
