Key Account Manager - HVAC Solutions Republic of Ireland Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 + up to 30% bonus, car, pension, healthcare, expenses, 25 days leave THE COMPANY: Our client is a globally recognised HVAC manufacturer with a long-standing presence in the Irish market, generating in excess of €20m turnover locally. They are a premium brand within the commercial HVAC sector, known for high-quality, energy-efficient solutions used on large-scale projects across healthcare, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial sales team in Ireland. THE ROLE: As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full range of HVAC equipment and solutions into the Irish commercial construction market. This is a specification-led sales role, working closely with Consulting Engineers, M&E Contractors and key project stakeholders on large-scale projects from early design stage through to tender and award. You will focus on developing relationships with consultant engineers to get products specified, supporting M&E contractors through the tender process, and managing key accounts across the project lifecycle. This role involves long sales cycles, high-value projects and a strong technical and commercial approach. You will be supported by an established internal team, including technical and project support, allowing you to focus on driving revenue and growing market share.
