Senior Account Manager – Telecom / ICT Solutions

We’re partnering with a leading global technology and telecom organisation to hire a Senior Account Manager to join their Irish Enterprise team.
This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge network and cloud solutions while developing long‑term partnerships with major enterprise clients across Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the Irish telecom and ICT market.
* Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with C‑level stakeholders and key decision‑makers.
* Lead solution‑based sales initiatives, combining network infrastructure, cloud, and connectivity services.
* Identify new business opportunities and lead complex deal negotiations from prospect to closure.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions aligned with customer needs.
* Represent the company at industry events and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Skills -Must-haves-
* 5+ years’ experience in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solution sales (network, connectivity, or infrastructure focus).
* Proven track record in solution‑based B2B sales and account management for enterprise customers.
* Previous experience working with telecom vendors or operators (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Vodafone, Three, BT, Colt, etc.).
* Solid understanding of network solutions, such as fixed, mobile, and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate competitive, fast‑paced sales environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* A consistent career path demonstrating commitment and stability in previous roles.
Nice to have
* Understanding of enterprise connectivity, managed network services, or digital transformation projects.
* Multilingual abilities and international client exposure.
