Storm Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client to recruit an experienced, high-energy Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is a very recruitment heavy role.
It is not desk based and it is not reactive. This position requires someone who will be out attending recruitment fairs, visiting colleges, building strong talent pipelines and thinking creatively about how to attract top talent in a competitive market.

The Role
You will take ownership of recruitment activity across multiple locations, ensuring current vacancies are filled efficiently while proactively planning for future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Update, post and monitor job advertisements across multiple platforms including Indeed, JobsIreland, InfoJobs and the company website
Manage recruitment advertising spend and ensure effective use of budget
Maintain a clear overview of vacancies and upcoming staffing requirements
Liaise with Managers and Regional Leaders to plan hiring needs and replacements
Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening through to offer
Ensure onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in line with compliance standards
Monitor visa and work permit status where applicable
Identify and elevate potential compliance or staffing risks
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Attend recruitment fairs and college events
Build relationships with education providers and industry networks
Support marketing led recruitment campaigns and open days
Advise management on recruitment trends, challenges and alternative hiring strategies
Contribute to creative sourcing initiatives
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate recruitment and staffing records
Provide regular reports on vacancy status, time to hire and workforce trends
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Skills & Experience
5+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination
Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple sites
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship building ability
Knowledge of Irish employment requirements and work permits desirable
Proficiency in recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office
A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong attention to detail
