Job Title: Administration Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance calls, managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting and bookkeeping tasks, and performing other administrative duties as required.

The following qualifications and requirements are essential:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mechanical services company or related industry.
* Relevant qualifications such as diplomas or degrees in business administration, accounting, or a related field are advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is also required.
