Our large Professional Services client is currently hiring for a Service Management Lead position.
You will be mainly responsible for refining and leading the Service Management Office.
This is a 12 month contract position, based in Dublin and is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of programs, projects or managed services Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Requirements 6+ years of experience with Service Now.
Experience in relationship management with stakeholders.
Daily rate is €330 - €340 a day depending on experience.
