Job Title: Logistics Coordinator We are seeking a skilled Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning home deliveries, managing inter-branch stock transfers, and optimising delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to customers. About the Role: The Domestic Logistics Coordinator will input and update delivery orders in the planning system, allocate delivery dates, times, and vehicles to customer orders, and plan efficient delivery routes to optimise vehicle use and meet performance targets. They will also prepare and distribute daily run sheets to warehouse and driving teams, coordinate delivery confirmations, and maintain communication with drivers. Additionally, they will quickly and professionally resolve delivery or collection issues, collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage delivery queries, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and operational procedures. Furthermore, they will monitor delivery operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency, identify and resolve potential logistical challenges proactively, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
