* Documentation: Prepare meticulous claim forms and documents, and maintain detailed records of actions and conversations.
* Data Management: Safeguard and update policy and claims data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional Communication: Exhibit genuine empathy in all interactions and possess exceptional communication skills for effective connections.
* Previous Experience: Previous administration and phone experience required.
* Meticulous Attention to Detail: Navigate complaint resolution with poise and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
* Customer Service Expertise: Previous customer service expertise required.
