I'm currently looking for an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to join a global organization driving digital innovation and transformation across industries.
This is a junior opportunity for someone fluent in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with a passion for digital marketing and a background in sales.

Your day to day:
1. Identify, research, and reach out to new potential business partners where digital advertising solutions can drive value
2. Deliver tailored product presentations and onboard clients, setting them up for long-term success
3. Guide and inspire new and existing advertisers on best practices and campaign strategies
4. Understand partners' business goals and provide actionable, data-driven insights
5. Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term, trusted relationships
6. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and refine strategies
7. Consistently meet KPIs and quarterly targets
Your profile:
8. At least 1 year in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales or digital marketing preferred)
9. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
10. Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
11. Proven track record working toward KPIs or revenue target
What's in it for you:
12. Base salary of €34,
13. Commission structure up to €15, annually
14. Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home)
