Restaurant cashier/waiter opportunity:
Job Description
The role involves servicing departure and stay over rooms, cleaning corridors, and occasionally assisting in other areas of the hotel.
* Take customer orders accurately to ensure correct processing.
* Work closely with the kitchen department to maintain standards.
* Serve and clear food and drink to guests following correct procedures.
* Be conscious of costs control in your area, including spillage and breakage, and report any issues to the manager/supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full knowledge of all products in the department.
* A general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
