Role Summary:
* We are recruiting for a Scientific Officer who will contribute to activities for capability development both at a national and international level.
The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including training development and process evaluation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Contribute to strategic objectives by developing effective instructional design plans, storyboards, and evaluation plans.
2. Promote change management and create a supportive environment that enables departmental motivation, impact, and adaptability.
3. Collaborate with SMEs to gather insights for instructional material development.
