Your role:make warm intros + open doors. We handle delivery, proposals, and closing.You will have the following responsibilities:Generate warm introductions to relevant buyers of IT outsourcing and nearshoring services in your country;Leverage your local network to identify and connect with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Procurement, and Digital Transformation leaders;Identify and engage stakeholders across banks, insurance companies, and fintech players in your market;Build and nurture relationships within consulting and advisory ecosystems to uncover referral opportunities;Brief prospects at a high level on our nearshore delivery capabilities, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings with our team;Open doors through your industry credibility and relationships, including events, associations, former clients, and partner networks.You need to have the following skills/experience:Based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, or Ireland;Proven access to decision-makers in local Financial Services and/or Consulting organizations;Experience as a sales professional (freelance or contractor) with an established network of relationships, or as a former IT/consulting leader with strong executive access;Alternatively, you may be in a non-competing role that regularly interacts with IT services buyers (e.g., recruiting, advisory, technology ecosystems, industry associations, legal/finance services for tech, transformation partners);Comfortable introducing a trusted nearshore delivery partner with teams based in Portugal and Poland;High level of professional integrity and the ability to represent us credibly with senior stakeholders.LocationFull Remote
