Customer service / quality control roll
Position Summary
The Customer Service / Quality Control Associate is responsible for supporting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring products and services meet company quality standards. This role serves as a connection between customers, internal departments, and quality assurance teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
* First point of contact when customers enter the garage.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
* Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
Quality Control
* Inspect services to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
* Document and report defects, inconsistencies, or deviations.
* Collaborate with the fitting staff and office staff to assure work quality
* Maintain detailed reports on job cards for job records
Qualifications Required
* Leaving Cert
* No garage experience need but is a help
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Basic computer proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
