Assistant Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to all customers.
Your primary duties will include:
* Ensuring the merchandising and presentation of the store are of the highest standard at all times.
* Managing all Points of Sale and ensuring they contribute effectively to Price Perception.
* Communicating operating standards to staff members and ensuring they understand and implement such standards.
You will also play a key role in monitoring department overheads, ensuring that budgets are achieved, including wages. Additionally, you will conduct regular staff meetings, provide leadership for Junior Management and staff, and ensure a good working environment exists within the store.
As a successful Assistant Store Manager, you will have strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as a commitment to a high standard of integrity. You will also possess strong Leadership team management skills and ambition to progress a career in retail.
