Senior Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough psychological assessments, formulate diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based interventions across a broad range of psychological presentations.
* Offer clinical supervision and ongoing professional support to early-career psychologists, interns, and allied mental health staff.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, counsellors, and case managers to ensure comprehensive, client-centred care.
* Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
* Deliver integrated care through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
* Participate in service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance.
* Develop and implement therapeutic programs tailored to community needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and ethical practice in line with regulatory standards.
* Uphold ethical standards and best practices in psychological care.
Requirements:
* Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements set forth by The Psychological Society of Ireland and possess a recognized post-graduate degree in psychology.
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or equivalent).
* Registration with Psychological Society of Ireland.
* Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
* Proven leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Arrangements:
* Full-time position.
* Monday to Friday schedule.
