Financial Management Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the business and leading a small but busy accounts team.
This is a hands-on role where the Financial Controller will take responsibility for managing all financial operations, cash flow, and reporting while also providing cover for team members during periods of leave.
* Manage company cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
About The Role
1. Lead and mentor the Accounts Department team.
2. Oversight of all aspects of financial management including payroll, invoicing,sales administration, grants,mortgages And Other key processes. Key Responsibilities Include: Monthly Management Accounts - Ensure accurate preparation Of management accounts.
