North Dublin - HR Advisor - Permanent
MCS Group is delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Advisor to their team, in this newly created, permanent opportunity.
The role:
This is an operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers day-to-day, and handling the full employee lifecycle.
The main responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and Irish employment law.
Provide end-to-end support on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
Support sickness absence management.
Maintain accurate HR records and produce basic HR reports (e.g. absence, turnover).
Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
Support payroll-related administration and general HR operations as required.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
Experience managing employee relations cases independently from start to finish.
Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience).
