Key Responsibilities
* To ensure all wedding and banqueting enquiries are efficiently recorded and confirmed in a courteous and professional manner.
* Converting enquiries into sales.
* Entering all details into the system when required.
* Coordinating bookings for weddings, meetings, conferences, corporate events, and private events.
* Identifying areas of growth to maximize revenue.
* Ensuring effective communication with hotel departments to facilitate smooth operations during in-house functions.
* Providing show rounds to current and prospective clients.
* Planning events and creating function sheets for relevant hotel departments.
* Offering pre, during, and post-event client support.
* Assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
