About the Role
A respected not-for-profit organisation in County Wexford is recruiting for a Finance Manager.
You will lead financial management, reporting, and governance across national and EU-funded programmes.
This role offers real purpose and variety – overseeing budgets, managing compliance, and contributing to strategy alongside a collaborative senior team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, budgets, and cashflow
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual reports
• Ensure full compliance with governance and audit frameworks
• Oversee financial controls and internal processes
• Support programme managers with budget monitoring and funding reports
• Liaise with auditors, funders, and government bodies
• Lead and develop a small finance team
About You
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role
• Background in public, community, or not-for-profit sectors
• Strong knowledge of governance, audit, and funding compliance
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Hands-on approach with strategic insight
