OverviewLocation: DublinWe are currently seeking an experienced Securities & Derivatives Manager (AVP) to join a leading financial services organization supporting the EMEA Agency Lending Middle Office function.This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will lead process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery across the securities lending operations function.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee lending transaction processing related to Agency Securities Lending (ASL) EMEA Middle Office Trade Support.Lead and develop team members while ensuring productivity and performance targets are consistently achieved.Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients, acting as a trusted operational advisor.Drive process improvements, benchmarking initiatives, and operational best practices within the agency lending business.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.Identify opportunities for automation and straight-through processing, partnering closely with technology teams.Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting, identifying and mitigating risks to staffing targets.Required ExperienceProven supervisory or management experience within financial services operations.Strong background in Securities Services Trade Support, Agency Securities Lending, Recalls Management, or Securities Finance Middle Office.Experience working in a process-driven and controls-focused environment.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver against commitments.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
