Projects range in value from €1M to €10M.
My client has about 10 live sites at the moment and are tendering for more projects so there will be a steady stream of work for the right candidate! The Role Coordination and supervision of the construction of Commercial/ Residential project.Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.Report into and support the Project Manager and Site Manager.Oversee commercial project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.Requirements A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.Experience working on extension of live sites, restoration works or conservation projects are desired.
