Patient Coordinator
Role Summary
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing the dental practice appointment schedule, with a primary focus on confirming upcoming appointments and arranging future visits. This role is key to ensuring a smooth patient experience and maintaining an efficient, fully booked schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Confirm upcoming patient appointments via phone, text, or email
* Schedule and arrange future appointments and recall visits
* Respond to patient inquiries related to appointment availability and changes
* Update and maintain accurate patient and appointment records
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable speaking with patients by phone and digital channels
* Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Previous dental or healthcare reception experience preferred (but not essential)
Work Environment
* Can be in the practice or remote or hybrid

Pay: €13.50-€18.00 per hour
