Technical Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email or in-person support.
* Record, update and document incidents and requests in the Service Desk ticketing system.
* Contribute to creating and updating a comprehensive support knowledge base.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams as needed.
* Install, configure and troubleshoot computer operating systems, software and peripherals.
* Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
* Support the rollout of new applications.
