Clarity are currently recruiting for a Health Care Assistant based on the Aran Islands in
Galway. This exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful community with accommodation and
travel expenses covered.
● The working week is up to 3 consecutive days per week. 24 to 48 hours per week
● Travel and accommodation is provided.
● The hours are 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications:
● QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory
● Eligible to work in Ireland
● Min. 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland
Requirements for agency care staff:
● Positive attitude
● Recent experience in working in healthcare environment
● Ability to take initiative
● Excellent communication skills
● Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of
practice at all times
● Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date
documentation
● Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident's/patient care.
● Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development
including presenting up-to-date compliance documents
● Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
